With over 40 years in the construction industry, Marty has a profound background in HVAC and Plumbing, specializing in installation, troubleshooting, and design. His expertise extends to managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget. In recent years, Marty has ventured into consulting within the insurance industry, bringing a fresh perspective to HVAC construction practices and project management.

Christopher Johnson, CHMM
Expert in Operations and Environmental Risk with two decades of experience in Commercial Real Estate. With a strong track record in environmental consulting and technology at CREtelligent and Pinnacle Environmental, CJ has consistently driven investment returns and sustainability. He holds a Master's coursework in Environmental Science and an MBA, along with a BBA from Texas Tech University, and is a certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Texas Asbestos Inspector. His leadership experience, including roles with the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, underpins his expertise in governance and risk management. In his role at GTP Consulting, CJ focuses on business development, environmental sustainability, and strategic leadership to advance the company's growth in the HVAC industry.
